- Vendors are required to click on register as a vendor on the registration page.
- Vendors are required to register their store with the sum of NGN1,000 only, once registered scroll down to announcement session follow the instructions on how to pay your store registration fee.
- Vendor will be given a unique store and dashboard to manage their products online
- Vendors will be required to verify their account before admin approves for vendor to sell on our marketplace
- Vendors will be required to add shipping fees and ship to customers location when ever vendors product is being ordered.
- Vendors will be deducted 5% of any of the vendors products ordered by a customer
- Vendors will be required to fill out the store information on the settings page from vendors dashboard without which the vendor will not be approved to sell on our market place.
- Vendors will be required to run verification of their accounts by clicking on settings then verification from the dashboard menu as to upload the following details passport, national ID card or driving license. with out which the vendor will not be able to publish on our store front page.
- Vendors will be required to fix shipping fees according to the location vendor is shipping from and communicate directly with the vendor
- Vendors will be ready to refund back to the customer within 3 weeks – 4 weeks latest, in a case where it is verified from us that the product ordered was not what was delivered.
Customers are free to order any product of choice from our store
customers are required to provide accurate house address information to enable our vendors ship to your location
Customers will be able to request for refund if the products ordered was not what customer received by visiting our contact page. we will refund within 30 days. Note: that the shipping fee will not be refunded only the product cost will be refunded.
